We built a headless storefront on top of the Shopify Storefront API — keeping the client's existing fulfilment, inventory, and payments infrastructure intact while giving us complete control over the front-end. React powers a page-transition system that makes browsing feel closer to a native app than a website. Checkout was reduced to a single scrollable view. Performance benchmarked at sub-1s LCP on 4G, globally.
